GPTCA Announces Partnership with RSPA and Segal Institute
The Global Professional Tennis Coach Association (GPTCA), in collaboration with the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) and the Segal Institute (SI), is proud to announce a long-term, strategic partnership in the US aimed at raising the standard of tennis coaching through the launch of the Master Course GPTCA – ATP Certified High Performance Coaches Course.
This initiative combines the expertise and certification standards of the GPTCA, the educational leadership of the Segal Institute, and the recognition and support of RSPA, which will provide official continuing education credits for RSPA members participating in the US courses.
“This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to excellence in coach education and high-performance development,” said Marcin Matysik, Secretary General of GPTCA. “Together, we aim to empower tennis coaches with the knowledge, tools, and international certification needed to lead the next generation of elite players.”
The Master Course GPTCA – ATP Certified is more than a credential. It is a transformational experience, designed to shape modern tennis coaches into powerful leaders, forward-thinking innovators, and expert player developers in today’s competitive high-performance landscape.
The course is built on three pillars:
✅ Certified by GPTCA in partnership with the ATP Tour
✅ Developed by the Segal Institute, a global leader in coach education
✅ Supported by RSPA, with educational credits and strategic endorsement
“At the Segal Institute, we believe that building a world-class educational pathway for coaches is the key to driving the future of tennis,” said Fernando Segal, Founder of SI. “With this partnership, we are making a bold step forward in transforming the sport through leadership, innovation, and education.”
The next edition of the Master Course will take place at INTENNSE Arena in Atlanta, USA, June 13–15, 2025, featuring a lineup of top international speakers. Spaces are limited, and registration is now open.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the SI staff, represented by Fernando Segal, the RSPA Board and CEO Brian Dillman, and all contributors who are part of this ambitious journey ahead.
