GPTCA Partners with Grand Slam Magazine
The Global Professional Tennis Coach Association (GPTCA) is proud to announce a new collaboration agreement with Grand Slam Magazine, the oldest and one of the most respected Spanish-language tennis publications in the world.
Through this partnership, all Spanish-speaking GPTCA members will receive complimentary monthly digital access to Grand Slam Magazine, providing coaches with exclusive insights, interviews, technical analysis, and coverage from the professional tennis world.
Under the leadership of GPTCA President Alberto Castellani, alongside Toni Nadal and Rainer Schuettler, the organization continues to strengthen its mission of delivering world-class educational resources and professional development opportunities to coaches across the globe.
Founded in New York in 2010 by 49 leading international coaches, the GPTCA has become one of the most influential organizations in the professionalization of tennis coaching. The association is recognized for its commitment to high-performance education, helping coaches transition successfully from junior development to the professional tour and Grand Slam level.
“This collaboration with Grand Slam Magazine represents another important step in expanding valuable educational content and resources for our international coaching community, especially for our Spanish-speaking members,” said Alberto Castellani. “Access to quality information, expert opinions, and professional tennis analysis is essential in the continuous development of modern coaches.”
The agreement further reinforces GPTCA’s growing presence in Spanish-speaking markets, led by Pancho Campo, GPTCA President for Spain and Portugal, who continues to play a key role in developing educational initiatives and expanding opportunities for coaches throughout the region.
Modern tennis demands far more than technical knowledge. Today’s coaches must understand performance management, emotional control, decision-making under pressure, and the mental aspects of competition. Through strategic collaborations, international seminars, and educational programs, the GPTCA remains at the forefront of shaping the next generation of elite tennis coaches.
This new partnership with Grand Slam Magazine adds another valuable benefit to GPTCA membership and reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to providing coaches with the tools, knowledge, and global connections necessary to succeed at every level of the game.
