Over the years, Stephan has developed a training philosophy that concentrates on performance based coaching, precise stroke technique, efficient movement and footwork, mental focus and strategic shot selection. Stephan has also travelled extensively with Juniors all over the globe to most of the top tier ITF junior tournaments as well as traveling with ATP pro players to Challenger, ATP 250, 500 and 1000 events including Grand Slam tournaments.
