GPTCA represented in Hungary
The GPTCA is now represented in Hungary thanks to the appointment of its National President, Attila Savolt, who is a professional tennis coach currently coaching the top Hungarian tennis player Marton Fucsovics.
Savolt was a Top 60 player. With his long-time coach Alberto Castellani, he recorded Top 10 wins over Tim Henman, Jiri Novak, Thomas Berdych, Nikolay Davydenko, David Ferrer, Mikhail Youzhny, Fernando Gonzalez, Nicolas Kiefer, Karol Kucera, Gaston Gaudio, Guillermo Canas, Sebastian Grosjean, Rainer Schuettler and Paradorn Srichiphan. Attila also competed for Hungary at the 2000 Olympics, and had a 20-15 Davis Cup match record.
He was in charge of the recently completed C Level international coaching course in Budapest when more than 50 participants were welcomed into the GPTCA family. An impressive set of expert speakers included Toni Nadal, Magnus Norman, Alberto Castellani, and Zoltan Kuharszky.
