- Currently in 9th year as the Director of Tennis at Glenrochie Country Club in Abingdon, VA, directing a very successful Junior Development Program for players of all ages and abilities (the tennis program has been voted "One of the Best Tennis Programs" in Virginia by Virginia Living Magazine for multiple years running)

- Teaches indoors at the Bristol Racquet & Fitness Center during the indoor months

- Head Tennis Professional alongside then Tennis Director Todd Hall at the Country Club of Bristol for 8 years, Co-Directing one of the largest most successful programs in the area

- Instructed Junior Program at Ridgefields Country Club

- Taught Junior Clinics for Johnson City Parks & Rec and Scott County Parks & Rec along with regular Private instruction for players 14-18 years of age

- Started teaching tennis at the age of 14 as a Tennis Instructor at the City of Kingsport Parks & Recreation and at Eastman Chemical Company

- Selected to coach at the National 12U Spring Team Championships in Arizona where the Team Won the National Team Title
- Coached 18s Advanced Co-Ed Team to the Title in the UTR Academy Team Duels Academy Competition in NC
- Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Tennessee High School Boys Team where they won their 4th straight Team Title along with son Jacob Marshall winning the State doubles Title (with Charlie Moseley) and his 7th High School State Title marking him as the Winningest Student Athlete in Tennessee High School History and holding the Most Tennis State Titles in TSSAA History
- Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Abingdon Falcons Girls High School Team who went on to win their 1st ever High School State Team Title along with senior Tyler Blalock winning her 3rd High School State singles Title and 5th overall State Title marking her as the Winningest Female Athlete in AHS School History


Selected to coach a 10's Team at the 1st Annual USTA Southern 10's Team Championships in Chattanooga, TN

Coached an 18’s Advanced USTA JTT Team that finished 4th in the National Championships both years


- Has privately coached over 30 players that have gone on to play college tennis and 28 High School State Champions
